Our mission at NodeGraph is to revolutionize the data governance industry. We aim to do this by helping our customers understand what is hidden in their metadata. After all, we are governance ninjas. With NodeGraph, customers are able to visualize, analyze and understand their Qlik environment in an intuitive way. We allow them to discover data dependencies as well as data lineage by visually displaying Qlik Solution from data source to end-user application. Furthermore, NodeGraph enhances data governance capabilities, making it easy for customers to identify old and irrelevant elements. Sounds interesting, right? That´s why we need to add one more ninja to our squad and together with Oddwork we are looking for a social chameleon a.k.a. Technical Customer Success Manager!
Your role as Technical Customer Success Manager
At NodeGraph we will call you the Technical CSM but unofficially you will be our CRM-master. With an inbound lead you will create new customers and introduce them to our world, from product show to demo pitch. Throughout the whole journey your main goal will be to keep them satisfied.
The job is really diversified and there is nothing like an ordinary week at our office: on a Monday you could potentially show our product to a possible customer in Munich, on Wednesday you are installing one of our products in Santiago and on Friday you make a homerun with a demo pitch for an important customer in Sydney. Don´t mind your passport, webinars are your thing and you will be in Gothenburg all the time, but when might depend on our customers.
We are looking for you who…
… when in complicated meetings with big fishes you get that enormous boost to seal the deal. With your enthusiasm and eager to succeed you constantly generating new ideas, always with the customers interests in mind. You have that rare and adequate ability to create confidence within a few seconds in a room (or even better: in a webinar), not only by charm but also with your competence.
You’re genuinely interested in Qlikview and different languages. ¿Y quizás tambíen hables español? And even if your technical interest is crucial, it´s your personality we´re most interested in.
