As a Customer Onboarding Specialist
What do you get if you inject the soul of us Noders into an office space? Our new, colorful HQ in Gamlestaden, Gothenburg is a pretty awesome example of this. Here, you will focus on our member’s onboarding, implementation and adoption of the Avinode Group products. With your service-minded personality, you will work closely with our customers to ensure they optimize utilization of products they subscribe and are satisfied with the services they receive. In addition, you will also host public and private demos, webinars and training with new customers while also create product guides, documentations and video tutorials in order to educate our users.

You’re curious about people – a good listener who’s genuinely interested to dig in, identify problems and find solutions.
• A Bachelor’s Degree and relevant experience in customer service
• You’re a problem solver
• Account Management or Customer Success Management experience is a plus
• English fluency – a must in this role
