As Head of Customer Experience Marketing
In this brand new role, you will actively contribute to position BNP Paribas Cardif Nordic as a Customer Experience oriented company, and define our strategy ahead. Hands-on you will develop and maintain an easy and seamless experience for our customers as well as identifying and designing the products and services responding to our customers’ needs. On a daily basis, thanks to your previous experience, you identify and design the products and services responding to our customers needs; you also manage the Customer Experience team responsible for; market watch, customer journey, and product and services. The whole Customer Experience chain of designing, distributing and improving the offer is fueled by your expertise and the input provided by your team and the organization. With both analytic and conceptual views, we believe you have the ability to maintain and develop the collaborative relationships between departments to create synergy benefits.
