We offer the market’s most modern club- and venue service for those who run the courts that people play on, so that they can avoid administration and people can play more easily. We’re MATCHi and seven years ago, we took the traditional booking system one step further. Our vision? To make racket sports simpler, more fun and more easily accessible. We activate people by allowing them to spontaneously and flexibly book time slots and find racket buddies through a click on the phone. Today, we’ve got 309557 registered users, 383 active venues, and 2556 bookable courts. With you in the game, they will become more. And more. And more! Together with Oddwork, we’re trying to find our missing ball: the gritty Sales Captain, ready to set course for the world’s racket halls.

You know how to create a healthy culture of collaboration and success and how to acquire new customers through dynamic, out of the box prospecting. For you, virtuous leadership isn’t just synonymous with the natural disposition to motivate the sales teams, but to find them, build them and make them grow – worldwide. You set clear goals, but rather focus on the process. Regardless of whether it’s in the office or out on the field, you identify needs that push the MATCHi sales in the right direction. … who’s a frequent relationship builder. Your heart is brave and your mind focused. You like the long rallies, where you really get to familiarize with the player on the other side. Whether you strike a backhand or a forehand, you always try to deliver with spin and speed. Courageously, you hit again when the serve is deemed a fault. You’re a mixture of a troubleshooter and relationship builder, tackling new situations and people with ease.
• Solid experience in sales; track record of leading sales teams
• Experienced CRM user
• Communication skills in English as well as Swedish. Other languages too? Smashing! We’re growing internationally.
• You’re keen to take your skills abroad, on a global sales journey
