About the position as Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will become a main player in developing and leading business opportunities within the assigned territory (Northern Sweden, specifically the area between Luleå and Umeå). You will work independently from home and visit clients in the area of mining, pulp & paper and chemical plants. Your Swedish sales colleagues are based in Stockholm and Göteborg. Besides being responsible for budget goals and progress reports, you will put a large focus on ensuring customer satisfaction – always keen to find new strategies to improve it! Confidence is shown in your ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels when visiting clients to gather information that will help you propose an appropriate solution in accordance with our policy, product groups, strategies, and margin. By being transparent and open in your communication you evoke a sense of unity, while providing great motivation.
